Chris Crew is the President of The Blue Collar Success Group, where he leads the coaching and training work that helps residential home service contractors in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical build companies that don't fall apart the moment the owner steps away. His focus is the high-level problems owners actually lose sleep over being priced right, planning, budgeting, recruiting, and developing the people who carry the business. He works across the whole org chart: owners, managers, technicians, and office staff.

He's seen the business from both sides of the desk. Chris entered the electrical trade at 16 as an apprentice, spent a decade coaching and training franchise operators across all three trades, and then ran an electrical company from 10 trucks and one location to more than 60 trucks across five locations and a $30 million run rate before selling his stake in 2018.

He joined Blue Collar that year as a coach and trainer, and has served as President since February 2020.

Jeremy's career in the home service industry began in 2003, and he immediately became one of the youngest top-producing high-ticket salespeople in the country, earning Crown Champion honors every year he spent in sales. That early success moved him quickly into roles where his job was no longer producing results himself, but teaching others to produce them.

Over the following years he held virtually every senior seat in a home service company, including sales manager and general manager. During his tenure as general manager he led a multi-trade, multi-state operation through double-digit annual growth until its successful acquisition. Along the way he built a reputation for systems and processes that produce results immediately rather than eventually.

He joined The Blue Collar Success Group® in 2020 and is one of the creators of the call-by-call coaching approach the company teaches today. Since joining, he has personally visited dozens of businesses across the country, helping owners find the opportunity sitting in their numbers while protecting the culture holding the whole thing together.

Now serving as coaching and training manager, Jeremy will tell you he enjoys not only coaching and training blue collar businesses but helping to develop the coaches and trainers at The Blue Collar Success Group®. He has built a career helping others improve their businesses, their lives, and the lives of the teams who show up for them every day. He and his wife Amber currently live in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
